Even if there is currently no end in sight to the so-called "shutdown", it is important to prepare for the time after the crisis and learn from the current situation.
The globalised world has shown its vulnerability. Some companies are suffering greatly from the pandemic. It is good to know who was prepared in advance for the risks and cuts of this global challenge.
It is to be expected that after the current crisis, when economic troughs are over, there will be an economic upswing and the (working) world will show itself from a very different side.
What could such changes look like for the world of work?

There will also certainly be a demand for innovative tools that can detect crises early and prevent pandemics. How do we prepare ourselves.
We, that is all employees of our company IT-Impulse, prepare for the developments of the future. Recruitment capacities, both locally and in nearshoring, will be increasingly needed. We are working in a concentrated manner on building up these services so that we can meet the future innovatively and competently.
